I just got back from one of my Recruiting Retreats, where I literally lock people in a house for three days and build their businesses with them.  One of the things we talked about was working leads...and in fact, we spent a fair bit of time actually having the people in the house dial leads.  Most of them had never called leads before...so it was a test for them, a stretch outside of their comfort zone, and a great way to learn.
In private video training, Vince says if you want to grow your a thriving business, start or grow your current business, get you books sold, or get more clients for your speaking or coaching business, then you are in the right place at the right time. No longer do you need to do 1-one-1 recruiting, make phone calls from home all day (personal calls), home events hotel events, three-way calls, or learn to use the internet via Social Media and YouTube. You can do social media yourself, but why not leverage your time and effort to give yourself more personal time freedom. With a system like this you will never run out of customers and prospects. At 30 years old, Vince lives in a nice home on a golf course. works out of home, and is always with his family. He’s been working similar businesses now full time for 7 years, since age 23. What do we sell? We sell the number one thing that everyone on planet earth needs, website visitors. If you don’t have visitors, you don’t have a business. We sell traffic.

I hear this all the time Ray people saying that they don’t have leads. I ask when was the last time you attended a meetup, or did anything that pushed you out of your comfort zone. Its the only question I need to ask and the silence is my answer. Leads are all around you until they talk to you. Thanks for the professional training for Network Marketing Leaders.
As a last resort, you could try cold calling by phone. This is probably the most depressing and soul destroying activity on the planet. Even if you get past the usual questions such as ‘If you’re selling something – I’m not interested’ and ‘How did you get my number?’ you need a really slick and professional script and the ability to recognize and avoid lonely old ladies who just want to interact with someone, anyone, in fact.
Notice their area code and make a comment, google the area code if you need to. “Hey, I see your area code is Dallas, is that where you are from or is that where you live?” Awesome, I have friends that live there, or, I’ve always wanted to visit, or, I was just there for a team event not too long ago” Say something that sounds natural to loosen it up a bit.

Before you start trying to generate more leads, make sure you know who you're trying to reach and where you might be able to find them—physically or virtually. First, identify the need or want that your product or service can address. For instance, joining your direct sales business can help a person fulfill a need for more income. Perhaps the wellness products you sell can help people meet their desire to stay healthy.
